Catalyst Plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company is the earliest
base to produce refining and petrochemical catalysts in China. As a catalyst
manufactory which the first has passed ISO9002 Quality System Certification,
become largest noble-metal catalyst manufacture base and science development
& experiment base of China petro-chemical industry. For so many years,
the catalyst plant has developed and manufactured approximate to 140 kinds
of catalysts by cooperating with research institute such as RIPP and FRIPP,
constant products are over 30 kinds of the six large series such as hydrofining,
hydrocracking, hydrodewaxing,catalytic reforming, xylene isomerization,FCC
dry gas made ethylbenzene catalyst and various molecular sieve etc. Currently
the plant has eight sets of catalyst production workshop and one set of
waste noble-metal recovery unit (mainly used for recovering waste platinum).Meanwhile
is equipped with the advanced and perfected devices used for analyzing
and the actual production capacity of 2000 tons one year. The plant has
successively provided large amount of catalysts in place of the imported
ones for the large-sized petrochemical unit imported by the petrochemical
interprises such as Yanshan, Shanghai,Qilu,Liaohua,Daqing,Maoming,Jinling,Yangzi
etc.All the industrial application of catalysts have achieved successful
results and devoted everv effort to developing China petro-chemical industry.
3814xylene isomerization series of catalysts has won the National Gold
Prize,3722,3761,3822,3825,3861, 3903,catalysts won the High Quality Products
Prize of Liaoning Province and Sinopec.There are 34 kinds of products
which have won the national,provincial,ministerial level S & T Advanced
Prize.
Introduction to the six large series of catalysts
Ⅰ.Hydrofining catalyst: mainly produced
the products currently such as 3926,3996,3962,3987,etc.3926 catalyst has
the outstanding activity of hydrodenitrogenization under medium-pressure,3996
catalyst is a kind of heavy oil hydrofining catalyst with the higher activity
of hydronitrogenization,3987 catalyst is mainly used for the catalytic
reforming prefining.
Ⅱ.Hydrocracking catalyst: mainly produced
the products such as 3905,3974,3976,3963 catalysts etc.These catalysts
all have ability to resist nitorgen.3905 catalyst is designed for MPHC
and MHUG,3974 catalyst can be used for producing the middle distillate
in the largest amount,3976 catalyst can be used for flexibly producing
the naphtha and middle distillate,3963 catalyst can be used for treating
low quality diesel oil in MHUG.
Ⅲ.Catalytic reforming catalyst:the products
consist of continously catalytic reforming catalysts 3961 and 3981,semii-regenerative
reforming catalysts 3932/3933.The main characteristics of 3961,3981 are
the high hydro-thermal stability,all indexed reach the highest level in
the world,the former is the equal of R-132,and the later is the equal
of R-134.3932/3933 are the later generation of fixed bed semi-regenerative
reforming catalysts with platinum-rhenium as the active constituents,their
crushing strength and thermal stability are distinctly higher than those
of foreign similar catalysts (E-603,E803).
Ⅳ.Xylene isomerized catalyst:3814 series
of catalysts have 3814,3851,3884,3884B etc.This series of catalysts have
good adaptability for meeting the requirement of both the differently
composited raw oil and the deffeent products.If changing the raw materials,only
properly changing the technical conditions just can get the per unit yield
of paraxylene or the joint yield of ortho-paraxylene.
Ⅴ.Hydrodewaxing catalyst:3881 catalyst can
be used for producing diesel oil with the low setting point.
Ⅵ.Dry22 gas made ethlbenzene catalyst:3884
catalyst can derectly synthetize the catalytic cracking dry gas without
being specialty processed into ethylbenzene under the speicified technial
conditions,it has the high sulphur resistant performance and hydro-thermal
tolerent action.3984 catalyst belongs to the third generation of product,it
can improve the purity of ethylbenzene to the food grade.
