四川维尼纶厂工程公司，前身为四川维尼纶厂设计院，是以设计为主体，具备工程设计、工程采购、施工管理、开车、售后服务全过程的工程总承包能力和独立承担工程监理能力的工程公司。
现有职工130余人，其中具有高级技术职称的13人；中级技术职称的44人。形成了与国际接轨的符合国际惯例的设计专业设置，有工艺、设备、建筑等设计专业和施工管理、工程监理等职能部门，建立并形成了完善的项目管理体系。持有国家建设部、中国石油化工集团公司、重庆市建委颁发的“工程总承包、设计、咨询、监理”等证书，并具有国家劳动部批准的三类压力容器、一类压力管道设计资质，能按用户要求设计各类石油化工设备及配套设备。
公司主要从事石油化工、化纤、天然气化工、精细化工、民用建筑等工程的可行性研究、技术咨询、技术开发、工程设计、设备采购、承包建设、工程监理工作。在石油化工、天然气化工工程的设计、施工、工程监理上具有自己的独到之处。长期的工程实践使该院具备了石油化工、天然气化
工的工程实践、工程研究、科研成果放大、消化吸收引进技术并国产化的能力。通过多年参与外资、合资项目的工程设计，积累了采用国际通用标准进行设计的丰富经验。

Now there are more than 130 staffs in our company with 13 senior engineers

etc.It also built and formed perfect management system of the projects.It
has owned the certifications of “engineering contract,design,consultation,supervision”
and so on issued by the Ministry of Construction,China Petrochemical
Corporation(Sinopec),and Construction Committee of Chongqing municipality.It
is approved by the Ministry of Labour for design pressutre vessels in
category 3 and pressure piping in category 1.It can design variors types
of petrochemical installation and auxiliarties to the request of the
customers. The companny is mainly engaged in feasibility studies and
technical consultation,technical development,engineering design,equipment
procurement,contracting construction and engineering supervision for
the engine
erings
including prtrochemical,synthetic fiber,natural gas chemical,fine chemical
and civil architecture etc.And it has its own specific characteristics
on engineering deign,construction,engineering supervision of petrochemical
and natural gas chemical with developing ability and quick apprehension
of high & new technologies.It accumulates abundant experiences of design
in accordance with common international standards through many years
participating in engineering design for the joint projects.
