气动脱硫技术在220t/h水煤浆锅炉上的工业化应用

摘　要
 介绍了气动脱硫技术在220t/h水煤浆锅炉上的工业化应用情况。工业化应用表明，气动脱硫装置可以长期连续稳定运行，净烟气SO2和烟尘排放指标均能达到北京市现行的排放标准，即SO2的标准排放量小于100mg/m3，烟尘标准排放量小于30mg/m3，脱硫率可达95%以上。该技术的首次工业化成功应用，填补了我国自主开发的专利脱硫技术在220t/h水煤浆锅炉上应用的空白。

[Abstract] Industrial application of pneumatic desulfurizing technology in 220t/h coal-water slurry boiler is introduced.The application shows that the pneumatic desulfurizing device can keep long-term run stably.Furthermore，the SO2 and dust content of texhaust from the device meet the current emission control standards of Beijing City，namely，SO2 emission is less than 100mg/m3(standard conditions)，dust is less than 30mg/m3(standard conditions) respectively，and the desulfurizing rate reaches over 95%.This technology filled up domestic patent relative.
