L型膜分离器处理炼化装置含油污水的探讨

摘　要	用L型膜分离器分别对上海石化炼化部1、2、3号装置含油污水进行处理，试验结果表明：用油水分离膜深度处理含油污水是可行的，它具有适用范围广、不需要添加化学药剂、油的回收较容易、分离过程在常温下进行、无相变、装置小、能耗低、分离过程可高度自动化等优点。

Discussion about Oil-Polluted Water Treatment by the Separators

with L-Type Film in Refining and Petrochemical Plants

[Abstract] The separators with L-type film are used to treat oil-polluted water from No.1，2，3 devices of the refining and petrochemical plants in SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.，Ltd.The results of the experiments show that it is doable to treat oil-polluted effluent with oil-water separating film. Furthermore，it is adaptable in wide areas，no additional chemicals，easy to reclaim oil，easy to work under normal atmospheric temperature，no phase change，small device，low energy consumption，and highly automatic operation.
