摘　要
 分析了苯抽提蒸馏装置在生产运行中存在的问题，通过对影响操作的溶剂比、助溶剂含量、溶剂温度等诸多因素的调整，保证了苯抽提蒸馏装置运行的稳定，从而保证了苯产品质量和收率的稳定。

[Abstract] This paper analyzes the problems during the operation of the benzene extraction distillation unit.It gives some solution to assure the smooth operation of this unit through adjusting some factors，such as the solvent proportion，aid solvent proportion，and solvent temperature.As a result the benzene product quality and yield rate keeps high and stable.
