潜油电泵优化设计及功效分析

摘 要 目前,在苏丹1/2/4区油田有许多潜油电泵井的产量比较低,其产量值已经低于泵的最佳排量范围下限值。根据油井产能预测理论,并结合潜油电泵选择设计原理,通过分析油田动态数据,查找到造成潜油电泵井的产量过低的主要原因,并对油田潜油电泵井进行最佳优化,使油田产量得到很大提高。

Electrical Submersible Pump Optimization Design and Efficiency Analysis

[Abstract] At present,the oil production of many ESP wells is very low in block 1/2/4 of Sudan and their production value has been less than the lower limit of the ESP optimum production capacity range. This paper can find out the main reasons that make the production of ESP wells unduly decrease through combining well production capacity prediction theory with ESP size and design principle and analyzing oilfield dynamic data.It can also optimize the ESP wells of the oilfield,which makes the production greatly increase by all the measures mentioned above.
