3.5Mt/a重油催化裂化装置主分馏塔工艺模拟和操作状况分析

摘 要 本研究应用化工流程模拟软件Pro/Ⅱ,以标定期间的主要操作参数和物流性质数据为基础数据,对四催化主分馏塔进行工艺流程模拟,并应用流程模拟得到的数据对塔盘进行了流体力学核算。模拟结果与实际生产状况吻合的较好。从模拟中可以看出回炼油、油浆中的轻组分较多,可以考虑改进塔底段的分离效果。对一中循环以上的浮阀塔板进行了流体力学核算,核算结果显示顶循环抽出板以下的几块塔板在系统因子取0.9时,其喷射液泛率均超过85%,已经达到了分馏塔的设计上限。顶循环返塔板的降液管出口液速为0.45m/s,已超过国内文献中推荐的降液管最大允许液速0.4m/s,进一步验证塔的顶部液相负荷过大。结合分馏塔结盐的原因,通过减少塔盘开孔率和降液管底部间隙模拟出结盐下的塔盘结构,并对其进行流体力学核算,计算出分馏塔结盐状态下的流体力学状况,从原理上分析分馏塔结盐现象。从分析结果可以看出,通过核算塔盘流体力学可以定性地看出分馏塔结盐的原理和过程。

Process Simulation & Operation State Analysis of Main
Fractional Column of 3.5Mt/a Heavy Oil FCCU

[Abstract] The process simulation for main fractional column of 3.5 Mt/a heavy oil FCCU was based on the principal operation parameters and the property data of material flow during standardization period adopting chemical process simulation software Pro/Ⅱ,and the fluid mechanics assessment of column tray conducted with the data from the process simulation.The result of the simulation fits perfectly with the actual production situation.It can be showed that there were more light components in recycle oil and slurry oil.We should improve the separating effect of the section of tower bottom.The result of fluid mechanics assessment for the float valve tower plates over medium cycling showed that the jet flooding rate of several tower plates under top cycling extracted plate was over 85% to the upper limit of design,when their factors of system were at 0.9.While the liquid velocity at the outlet of downcomer of top cycling return tray was 0.45/s faster than the utmost liquid velocity recommended from domestic literatures,it proved that there was too much load of liquid phase on tower top.Simulating the tray structure under salt forming by reducing opening rate of tray and bottom opening length of downcomer,and working out the fluid mechanics state of salt forming situation, the salt forming phenomenon was analyzed in principle.From the analysis,we can understand the principle and process of the salt forming in fractional column by the assessment of fluid mechanics of tray.
