干纺腈纶干燥机DMF废气淋洗和减压脱水回收工艺

摘　要 介绍了干法腈纶生产中纤维干燥过程产生的含DMF废气的特点、处理难度；分析了原引进技术中溶剂回收系统存在的缺陷；提出了采用高效、低阻力不锈钢丝网填料塔对废气进行水淋洗吸收，所得淋洗液先采用减压脱水增浓后再采用常压精馏回收DMF的工艺，该工艺取得了良好的经济、社会和环境效益。

Process of Pouring & Washing and Dehydrating under Decompression for DMF Exhaust Gas
Recycle from Dryer of Dry-Spun Acrylic Fiber

[Abstract] This paper analyzes the characteristics of the exhaust gas containing DMF produced from the process of fiber drying during the manufacturing of the dry-spun acrylic fiber，and its difficulty to recycle as well as the faults of the original solvent recycle system that was introduced technique；this paper puts forward the new process of absorbing the DMF exhaust gas by pouring and washing in stuffing tower packed with the high-efficient，low-resistant stainless steel wire mesh，and then recycling it by rectifying under normal pressure after cotion dehydrating under decompression and densifying.This process produces a favorable economic，social and environmental benefits.
