化工生产装置离线优化方法探讨

摘　要 对中国石化北京燕山分公司化工一厂生产过程中的操作工况优化问题进行了相关因素分析；介绍了使用流程模拟软件对化工装置进行调优的步骤；以精馏塔为实例，说明对化工装置进行离线调优在实际生产中的指导意义。

Probing into the Method of Chemical Plant
Optimization Off-Line

[Abstract] The paper analyzes the related factors for the optimizing problems of operating condition during production process in SINOPEC beijing yanshan company No.1 plant，introduces the steps of chemical equipment optimization with software of simulation flow，and explains the significance of chemical plant optimizotion off-line in actual production in case of rectifying tower.

作者简介：王文，工程师，1991年毕业于天津工业大学，就职于中国石化北京燕山分公司化工一厂信息中心，从事化工生产装置数据采集及实时数据库管理工作多年，负责化工一厂离线模拟优化软件Aspenplus安装维护，参与低压聚乙烯先进过程控制开发项目，负责化工一厂先进控制项目网络通讯搭建工作。
