半水煤气中皂化物质对脱硫的影响

摘　要 文章介绍了由于脱硫位置不同，半水煤气中皂化物质含量不同对常压栲胶脱硫和加压栲胶脱硫产生了不同影响。说明了半水煤气中含有皂化物质，将对脱硫工艺产生影响。皂化物质越高，对脱硫工艺影响越严重，脱硫的各种消耗也越高。通过实验提出了解决办法，取得了良好的经济效益及社会效益。

The Effection of Saponification Material in Hemi-Water Gas
to Desulfurization

[Abstract] In this article，the author defined the effect of different contents of saponification material in hemi-water gas to atmospheric and pressure kauri desulfurization because of different positions of desulfurization.In this article，the author explained that hemi-water gas contain some saponification material.These saponification material will do harm to the effect of desulfurization process，and will increase more consumption for desulfurizationm.The author approved the methods by experiments，and has gotten the better social and econmic benefits.
