摘　要 结合扬子石化高压加氢裂化装置的实际情况，通过装置的能量平衡测试，对加氢裂化装置的用能特点进行分析，并以用能分析为依据，提高技术水平，优化能源管理，降低装置能耗。

[Abstract] According to the practical situation of the HP hydrocracking unit in Yangzi Petrochemical Company and by test of the unit's energy balance，the speciality of energetic usage in hydrocracking unit has been analyzed.According as the analysis of energetic usage，by enhancing technical level and optimizing energy management the unit's energy consumption has been reduced.
