1,4-环己烷二甲醇制备改性共聚酯的研究

摘 要 以催化剂A、B、C、D和磷为催化—稳定体系,采用PTA法进行了由1,4-环己烷二甲醇改性的共聚酯聚合工艺研究,并对制备的产品进行了注塑实验和性能测试。实验表明:共聚酯聚合工艺受催化剂种类和用量、稳定剂用量、总醇与酸的物质的量比、聚合温度等条件影响;共聚酯注塑样品的物理和机械性能指标受1,4-环己烷二甲醇加量影响。

Study on the Preparation of the Modified Co-PET
with 1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol

[Abstract] Modified with 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol was prepared with catalyst A,B,C,D and phosphate as catalytic-stable system using PTA process,and all kinds of properties test had been done after the products was injected.Experiment results show that Co-PET polymerization process depends on catalyst sorts and content,stable agent,molar ratio of the total of alcohol to acid and polymerization temperature.The physical and mechnical properties of the sample injected are depend on 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol content.
