岩盐开采与石油储备库建设

摘　要 岩盐开采形成的盐穴是优良的储存资源，将这一资源的利用与建立我国战略石油储备库结合起来具有十分重要的现实意义。要实现这一有效的结合，必须尽快解决岩盐开采企业普遍存在的“粗放开采”的问题，加强对企业的政策指导、技术支持和监督控制，保证国家盐矿资源和储存资源都得到有效利用。

Salt Mine Exploiting and Petroleum Reserve Storage Building

[Abstract] Cave forming from salt mine exploiting is a kind of excellent storage.It is important to link salt mine exploiting with strategic state reserve petroleum storage.The problems existing in salt mines are' rude mining'and' blind exploiting' and must be solved at once.It must be paid attention to policy instructing， technology supporting and controlling to the enterprises，and ensure to utilize the two kinds of resources.
